Your calculator was carefully manufactured and its operability was checked at final inspection. If your device is defective and still under warranty period, please contact the seller from whom you bought the device.
The warranty can be claimed only if the proof of purchase (invoice / receipt) with the date of purchase and the product code of the device is submitted. The failure of the device within the warranty period has to be claimed at the seller from whom you bought the product.

Go to the online Service RMA (Return Material Authorization) request form website and register or login. As a registered user, you can:
